The Frames has been allotted and the list of eligible participants can be viewed by clicking here. The Individual Allotment Letters will be sent by post. The fees for allotments can be sent either by Demand Draft in favour of "Eastern India Philatelists' Association" payable at Bhubaneswar on any Nationalised Bank or can be deposited in the Account of EIPA as stated in the Prospectus as per the prescribed frame charges. The transaction ID and the name of the exhibitor can bemailed to ' naturepex2016@gmail.com '. The Exhibit covers will be sent after receipt of the fees.
The last date of receipt of fees is 05.09.2016.

During Naturepex-2016 exhibition a number of Philatelic activities like Stamp Design contest, Quiz competition and Letter Writing competitions will be held at the venue.  The details of the competition the last date of submission of entries and the contact person can be obtained by clicking here.

The Proposed design of the medal to be awarded to the winners in three different forms such as Gold, Silver and Bronze during Naturepex-2016.

There has been little change in the prospectus. Two new classes i.e. Class-7: Modern Philately (mophila) and Class-8: Philatelic Literature (relating to nature and Environment) have been added in the competition class in addition to other classes. The prospectus has been corrected and posted the latest with detailed guideline. Please download the new corrected prospectus.

Similarly the fees for the dealer's Booth has been revised and the prospectus has been updated accordingly as follows:-

 

"The fee for each Dealers’ Booth is Rs.6000/- for three days including lodging and boarding for one person per booth. Extra person to be charged Rs.4000/-. The Booths will be booked on first-cum-first served basis."
